- Open Home in the app.
- Pick a pack: 500 credits ($17.50), 5,000 ($69), 25,000 ($199) or 100,000 ($499). The same four packs are on the pricing page, in Settings and in the API.
- Pay on the secure checkout page. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay work.
Credits are booked the moment payment completes and stay valid for 365 days. If your agent hits an empty wallet mid-run, the API returns a clear error with the top-up link, so runs resume as soon as you refill.
Your AI assistant can also buy a pack for you. It always shows you the price and asks first. With your yes it gets a payment link for you to pay, or, if you allowed it in Settings, Billing ("Let my AI assistant buy credits with my saved card, up to a monthly limit"), it charges your saved card within that limit. Every purchase is emailed to you.
