One credit buys one valid contact.
Credits are only consumed when you get what you paid for. Re-checking an address you recently verified is free, and the things you do most — searching, counting, previewing — never cost anything.

You're charged when an export or reveal delivers a contact. Every deliverable email — valid, catch-all, or risky — costs 1 credit. Invalid and unverifiable addresses are filtered out before delivery and cost zero. Phone numbers cost 10 credits each, charged only when you include phones and a number is returned.

Catch-all mail servers accept everything, so a definitive verdict isn't possible. The default export filter is Valid only — catch-all and risky addresses are explicit opt-ins at export time. When you do include them, they're graded separately in your file and billed like any other deliverable contact.

Reveals are Free-plan functionality — your monthly free credits cover revealing contacts in the app. Exporting a CSV needs pack credits or a paid plan: the $25 pack (1,000 credits) unlocks export immediately, no subscription required.

Verification checks cover your data: verifying emails you upload, charged per check regardless of outcome — because on your list, the verdict is what you're buying. Cancel anytime in one click — your plan stops renewing and you keep full access and credits until the end of your paid term. Payments are non-refundable.
