Credits are only consumed when you get what you paid for. Re-checking an address you recently verified is free, and the things you do most — searching, counting, previewing — never cost anything.

Invalid and unverifiable addresses are filtered out before delivery and cost zero. Phone numbers cost 10 credits each, charged only when you include phones and a number is returned.

Catch-all mail servers accept everything, so a definitive verdict isn't possible. The default export filter is Valid only — catch-all and risky addresses are explicit opt-ins at export time. When you do include them, they're graded separately in your file and billed like any other deliverable contact.
