MCP overview.

Argorant runs a hosted Model Context Protocol server. Point Claude, ChatGPT, or your own runtime at it and the agent can size a market, inspect it safely, and export verified contacts, under your workspace, your scopes, and your credit balance.

What it is#

One remote server, reached over HTTPS, authenticated with OAuth. There is no npm package and nothing to run locally. The connector URL is the whole install.
connector url
https://mcp.argorant.com/mcp

Everything the connector can do is also available over REST and the CLI. Same engine, same limits, same credit balance. Pick the surface that fits the client.

What an agent can do#

Ask in plain English. The agent resolves the market, sizes it for free, and spends credits only when you tell it to reveal or export.
“How many VP Sales contacts can we reach at SaaS companies in Germany, and export the verified ones?”
argorant_count_people → 8,412
argorant_preview_people → masked sample
argorant_create_export → job 48213
argorant_export_status → completed

Fifteen tools cover the whole flow. Each one's parameters, OAuth scope, and credit cost are listed in the tools reference.

Safe by default#

The connector is designed so that an agent cannot quietly spend your budget or leak contact data.
Signed in
Every connector is bound to one Argorant account. Nothing is anonymous.
Masked first
Counts and previews come back as aggregates and masked rows: no emails, phones, or profile URLs.
Scoped spend
Reveal and export need their own OAuth scope plus a workspace permission before they run.
Logged
Every call is attributable to the account that made it.

The exact boundaries and what each scope unlocks are on Security & scopes.

Where to go next#

This page is the map. The mechanics live one click away. The connector URL, the OAuth flow, and the discovery endpoints are all on Connect a client, and each host has its own step-by-step page.
