Data Processing Agreement

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is a contract between you (the data controller) and Argorant (the data processor) that sets out how we handle personal data you process through our platform — what we may do with it, how we protect it, where it’s stored, and what happens when you leave.

For most customers, our standard Terms already cover day-to-day use. A signed DPA is typically required by enterprise and EU-based buyers for compliance sign-off. We’re happy to provide one for any paid plan.
