Argorant
Argorant + Notion

Your Notion lead database, filled and kept current.

Looking up emails row by row and updating statuses by hand is the slow part of working leads in Notion. Argorant fills your rows, sends them into a campaign and keeps every status current as replies come in.

7-day free trial. Cancel anytime.

Statuses stay in sync

Every row shows where the conversation stands.

Send rows into a campaign and the Status column follows each person: Added, Emailed, Replied, Interested, Bounced or Unsubscribed, with the campaign and the last activity next to it.

  • Updates on every reply and bounce
  • Never moves backwards
  • Switch it on or off
Comment commands

Run a lead from a Notion comment.

Start a comment with argorant: on a row to skip, pause or resume that person, or to enrich the row. Argorant answers in the same thread.

  • skip, pause, resume, enrich
  • Answers in the thread
  • A comment for every email and reply
Lists to Notion

Any Argorant list, as a Notion database.

Send a list and each person becomes a row with name, email, company, job title, email check, location and LinkedIn. Sending the same list again adds only the new people.

Setup

Connect Notion to Argorant

Notion asks which pages Argorant may use, or copies the Argorant: Start here template into your workspace. Argorant only works in the databases you connect, and nothing runs until you start it or switch a rule on.

Full Notion guide
  1. 1

In Argorant, open Settings, then Connected tools, and click Connect Notion.

  2. 2

In Notion, duplicate the Argorant: Start here template or pick the pages Argorant may use. You come straight back to Argorant.

  3. 3

Connect a database and map its columns: a company domain, a company name, or a person's name and company. The template is mapped already.

  4. 4

Click Enrich, check the count and the cost, and confirm. Switch on statuses, activity comments or comment commands when you want them.

Notion + Argorant

A work email costs 1 credit per new person, and only when the email passes the check. Phone numbers cost 10 credits each and are included from the Pro plan. People you unlocked before cost nothing again. Company details follow your account's rules for company data. Before anything runs you see how many rows get filled and the most it can cost, and the run never goes over that number.
No. Argorant fills empty cells only. Tick Overwrite when you want existing values replaced.
A page with a short guide and a database whose columns match everything Argorant fills: company, domain, name, title, email, email status, LinkedIn, phone, company size, industry, location, website, campaign, status, last activity and enriched at. Duplicate it when you connect Notion and it is ready to use, with every column mapped.
Anyone who can comment on a row of a database you connected, once you switch comment commands on in Settings. Argorant acts for the account that connected Notion and answers in the thread with the result and who asked. Comments on other pages do nothing.
Only the pages you choose on Notion's own consent screen, or the template it copies for you, and the pages inside them. Argorant writes only to the page and the databases you connect in Settings. You can remove its access in Notion at any time.
The list is exported first, so the export uses credits as usual. Writing the rows into Notion costs nothing extra.
No. Argorant remembers who is already in that database and adds only the new people.
Yes. The database is yours: add columns, views and automations in Notion. Argorant only fills the columns you map.
