Apollo pricing breakdown and hidden limits for 2026

Apollo's monthly and annual prices, per-seat commitments, credits, API costs, MCP behavior, expiry, and the cost of a usable result.

Reviewed and updated August 20, 2026 by Argorant

Direct answer

Apollo Basic is $65 monthly or $49 per seat per month billed annually. Professional is $99 monthly or $79 annually. Organization is $119 per seat per month billed annually with a three-seat minimum. The hidden complexity is not the plan card; it is that different data and workflow actions can consume different numbers of credits, and unused credits expire with the billing cycle.

Our recommendation

Map your actual workflow before selecting a plan: search, reveal, mobile, enrichment, API, waterfall, export, sequence, and agent actions. Price a completed eligible contact and a completed account workflow, then compare those outputs with alternatives. Do not divide the subscription by nominal credits and call the result a verified-email price.

Seat price is only the first denominator

Basic and Professional have public monthly and annual-billing prices. Organization adds a three-seat annual minimum. A team comparison should therefore show both the monthly equivalent and the cash commitment over the term.

If one rep uses the database while automation performs enrichment, confirm which seats, plan, and API entitlement the workflow requires.

2

One record can consume several credits

Apollo's API documentation lists action-dependent pricing. Person enrichment can consume from 1 to 9 credits, and a waterfall can consume more depending on the configured data steps. MCP has no separate connection fee, but it spends the signed-in workspace's normal credits and follows its permissions.

Credits do not roll over. Annual allowances and monthly allowances also affect timing, so a bursty enrichment job can have different economics from steady rep usage.

3

The cost test that avoids false precision

Send the same 100-company and role input through each provider. Count matched people, current roles, verified work emails, duplicates, and failed actions. Add the cost of external verification and manual cleanup. Divide total spend by eligible output, not successful API responses alone.
