ZoomInfo pricing explained: what it really costs in 2026

Understand ZoomInfo Lite, quote-led paid packages, seats, credits, API and MCP terms, add-ons, and the real cost per usable contact.

Direct answer

ZoomInfo does not publish one standard paid-platform price. Its official guidance says the quote depends on team size, credits, features, integrations or API access, and contract term. Lite is a permanent free plan with 10 monthly credits, or 25 through Community Edition. Treat third-party dollar ranges as procurement signals, not current official prices.

Our recommendation

Ask for an itemized quote with named seats, annual credits by type, bulk and AI actions, API and MCP rights, add-ons, overages, implementation, renewal uplift, cancellation window, and data-use rights. Then run a representative export through the same external verification and deduplication process used for every other vendor.

The free and paid products solve different jobs

Lite is a small recurring test path, not a proxy for the paid operating platform. Paid packages are generally annual and may combine Sales, Marketing, Operations, intent, enrichment, workflow, API, or Copilot capabilities.

A screenshot of someone else's invoice can show that negotiated pricing exists, but it cannot establish your current quote. Geography, data products, seats, and the negotiation date all matter.

2

Model credits by action

ZoomInfo documents multiple credit concepts. A contact reveal, bulk export, enrichment, and AI-assisted action should not be treated as the same economic unit. Its MCP connection has no separate connection fee, but agent actions still use the account's contracted bulk or AI-action credits.

Calculate total annual cash, then divide by the number of eligible contacts or completed workflows actually produced. Include unused committed credits and re-verification losses.

3

Put contract boundaries into the comparison

API access, external-product use, resale, retention, and post-termination rights can materially change the value of the data. Get them in writing. The cheapest nominal quote can become expensive if the workflow requires another product, more seats, or a second verification layer.

Frequently asked questions

How much does ZoomInfo cost per month?

There is no single official paid monthly price. Convert the full annual quote and mandatory add-ons into a monthly equivalent, but keep the annual cash commitment visible.

Does ZoomInfo MCP cost extra?

ZoomInfo says the connection itself has no extra fee. Actions consume the relevant contracted credits and still depend on the purchased entitlement.

Can third-party price ranges be trusted?

Use them to prepare negotiation questions, not as a substitute for a current itemized quote addressed to your company.
